Material Selection & Designing
We start by choosing high-quality raw materials or the ones based on demand. This includes selecting films, foams, fabrics, bladders, winding materials, and yarns. Our design team creates soccer balls in various sizes, panel configurations, and colors to meet customer specifications.
Panel Cutting & Printing
The panels are cut using different methods: manual presses for machine and hand-stitched balls, and hydraulic presses for thermo-bonded balls. Panels are printed with custom designs using precise ink formulas to ensure vibrant, heat and butyl-resistant prints.
Stitching & Closing
The panels are stitched together using a chain system for consistency, utilizing strong 3-ply and 4-ply threads. We fit the bladder into the ball shell, bind the seams, and sew the last panel to complete the ball’s structure.
Finishing
Heat molds are used to give the balls a perfectly spherical shape and remove wrinkles. They are then cleaned and inspected for quality by our RND team. The balls are then deflated for packaging and packed for shipment.
